Brilliantly clear with a fresh green hue, the Allesverloren Chenin Blanc beckons from the glass with an enticing bouquet of stone fruits, crisp apple, and a hint of zesty lime. This medium-bodied, unoaked Chenin reveals delightful nuances of lime peel and ripe white pear, seamlessly balanced with a vibrant acidity that culminates in an exceptionally soft, mineral finish.
Planted in 1999, these vines have been shaped by time and the elements, thriving at an elevation of 322 meters, which contributes to the complex, concentrated aromas of this dry white wine.
Das handgelesene Traubengut stammt von Buschreben der malerischen Swartland Region. Nach dem Quetschen der Beeren wurde der Saft zunächst leicht geklärt und anschließend mit ausgewählten Hefekulturen versetzt. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Fermentierung verbrachte der Wein noch weitere drei Monate auf der Gärhefe, bevor er zum frischen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
