Weingut Azamor - Premium Weine aus Portugals malerischem Alentejo

The Azamor winery is located in the middle of the Alentejo among vineyards, cork oaks, olive groves and pines. Breathtaking, wild beauty characterises the winery, which says in itself that they love to receive visitors.
The vineyards were planted in 2001 and 2002 by Joaquim Luiz Gomes and Luis Elias Carvalho. Four autochthonous Portuguese varieties, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet and three international varieties, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot are grown.
Azamor produces unique qualities to give each wine its own special character. The cellar is modernly equipped and the production process combines traditional know-how with modern knowledge.
