Casa Ferreirinha Planalto Reserva Branco 2024 stands as a hallmark of premium white wines from Portugal's Douro Valley. Treatment in the cellar
Upon arrival at the winery, the hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures between 16ºC and 18ºC in stainless steel tanks. 20% of the wine is aged for 3 months in used barrels, while the remainder continues in stainless steel.
