This Catherine Marshall Fine Arts Chenin Blanc, fermented in clay amphorae, is a remarkable expression of the varietal. With an exquisite bouquet featuring notes of white pears, juicy nectarines, delicate almond paste, baked apple, and a hint of spicy cardamom, it invites you into a world of sensory delight. On the palate, its well-structured texture reveals layers of the same enchanting flavors, complemented by nuances of white blossoms and wet stone, culminating in a refreshing and vibrant finish.

Treatment in the cellar

The hand-harvested grapes were meticulously selected, lightly crushed, and pressed. The resulting juice rested in steel tanks at a controlled 12˚C before being transferred to clay amphorae for natural fermentation. After fermenting, 500 liters were aged in selective oak barrels for 11 months, with some undergoing malolactic fermentation, while the amphorae wines maintained a fresher, more mineral character. After aging, all wines were blended and bottled for optimal enjoyment.
