Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2024 exudes an alluring bouquet of tropical fruits, harmoniously interwoven with notes of black currant, Cape gooseberries, and nettle. On the palate, it offers a perfectly balanced experience, showcasing a rich mouthfeel complemented by a crisp freshness and vibrant acidity. The subtle minerality enhances the concentrated fruit flavors, culminating in a long, satisfying finish that entices the senses and leaves a lasting impression.
Das Traubengut wurde in unterschiedlichen Regionen wie Stellenbosch, Durbanville, Darling und Franschhoek geerntet. In dieser Kombination verbirgt sich der einzigartige Geschmack einer jeden Region und wird vereint zu vollständiger Harmonie. Die Fermentierung dauerte drei Wochen bei kontrollierten 15°C an, wobei die 8% Semillon in neuer französischer Eiche fermentierten. Zur Postfermentation lag der Wein noch fünf Monate auf der Hefe.
