Due to staff absences caused by illness, our currently very popular winter clearance sale, and several newly arrived containers, we are unfortunately taking around 3 working days longer than usual to process your order at the moment.

We are doing our best to return to our usual delivery times as soon as possible, and we thank you very much for your understanding.

Information about "DeMorgenzon DMZ Rosé 2025"

The DeMorgenzon DMZ Rosé presents a delicate blush hue in the glass and invigorates the senses with a bouquet of fresh summer fruit and fragrant floral aromas on the nose. The finely balanced palate indulges with a fresh acidity, a chalky texture and a deliciously spicy finish.

Treatment in the cellar

The hand-picked grapes underwent careful crushing and pressing to minimize excessive color extraction. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks was followed by aging on the lees for at least 10 months before bottling preparations began.
