The DeMorgenzon DMZ Rosé presents a delicate blush hue in the glass and invigorates the senses with a bouquet of fresh summer fruit and fragrant floral aromas on the nose. The finely balanced palate indulges with a fresh acidity, a chalky texture and a deliciously spicy finish.
Das von Hand gelesene Traubengut wurde schonend zerkleinert und unmittelbar danach gepresst, um eine übermäßige Farbextraktion zu vermeiden. Die Kaltgärung fand in Edelstahltanks statt, gefolgt von einer mindestens 10-monatigen Reifung auf der Hefe, bevor die Vorbereitungen für die Abfüllung begannen.
