The Glenelly Glass Collection Syrah draws inspiration from the styles of the Northern Rhône, showcasing a vibrant and lively character. It delights with an alluring bouquet of spices and delicate rose petals, artfully complemented by the essence of pure red berry fruits. Its stunning deep color, enriched with violet undertones, captivates the eye, while the palate reveals a balanced medium body with silky tannins and a subtle infusion of white pepper and cloves that harmonizes beautifully.
The grapes were hand-picked and stored in tanks where spontaneous natural fermentation occurred. After three weeks of skin contact, the juice was pressed, and malolactic fermentation began in French oak barrels. The wine then matured for 12 months in wood.
