Der Klein Constantia Blanc de Blancs Brut MCC zeigt sich leicht und lebendig im Glas. Ein lebhaftes Bouquet von Apfel, Steinobst mit einem Hauch Brioche dominieren die Sinne. Die Mousse ist kräftig sowie elegant mit einer feinen Perlage. Am Gaumen ist er frisch und lebendig; ausdrucksstark, trocken und ausgewogen mit einer pikanten Säure. Er endet in einem angenehen, langen und knackigen Abgang. Ein toller Korkenknaller!
Treatment in the cellar
Die Trauben wurden am ganzen Bund gepresst, wobei nur der Freilaufsaft in einer Kombination aus Edelstahltanks und Fässern sieben Monate fermentierte. Nach der Gärung reifte der Wein weitere 38 Monate vor Herausgabe.
