Vineyard Quinta da Lixa
The history of Quinta da Lixa began in 1986, when two families founded the winery located in Lixa. In 1994, the team around Carlos Teixeira, an oenologist who was as sympathetic as he was committed, started their own marketing. Today, the Meireles family owns 105 hectares of vineyards, spread over six different sites in the Vinho Verde area. Quinta da Lixa continues to concentrate exclusively on the marketing of classic Vinho Verde products, which are bottled both as pure grape varieties and as traditional cuvées from the typical grape varieties.
