Even with great care in packing and trusted shipping partners, something can occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please get in touch with us directly. We’ll take care of it quickly, fairly and with as little effort for you as possible.

To help us resolve things quickly, it is useful if you can provide:
- your order or invoice number
- a short description of the problem
- if something is damaged, a couple of photos if possible
Returns – simple and practical
If a return is necessary, we will email you a prepaid return label which you can simply drop off at DHL.
In special cases we can also arrange a collection, however experience shows that this often causes inconvenience when customers aren’t at home – so the DHL return option is usually the easiest for everyone.
Please note: We are unable to accept unpaid / non-prepaid returns.
