Originating from South Africa's southernmost wine region, this Sauvignon Blanc captures the spirit of Cape Agulhas, where Bartholomeu Dias first glimpsed the African continent in 1488. The grapes thrive in the windswept conditions, ripening slowly and developing remarkable flavors, resulting in a truly expressive wine.
Das Traubengut wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad in den frühen Morgenstunden handgelesen und frisch bei kühlgeregelten Temperaturen in Tanks aus Edelstahl vinifiziert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung verbrachte der Wein noch sechs Monate auf der Hefe, um ein üppigeres und fülligeres Mundgefühl im Wein zu erhalten.
