The Waterkloof Circumstance Cape Coral Mourvèdre Rosé radiates a delicate salmon hue, enticing with aromas of white and yellow fruits, particularly melon, intertwined with floral notes of orange blossom. On the palate, it exhibits remarkable length and balanced acidity, complemented by gravelly mineral undertones. This rosé is soft and smooth, showcasing an incredibly refreshing acidity in the lingering finish. Pure elegance!
Handpicked and pressed whole-bunch in a horizontal basket press, only the finest juice was directed to stainless steel tanks, allowing it to rest for 12 hours. The clear juice was then siphoned into older, pre-used barrels, where spontaneous fermentation took place. After fermentation, the wine spent additional time on the lees to enhance complexity.
