Delicious strawberries and cream with a hint of fresh butter biscuits and a playful touch of wildflowers dance on the palate! The Alexander Brut Rosé is produced using the traditional method (bottle fermentation) and matures on the lees for 16 months. The mousse is delicate, the texture creamy and the fruit profile expresses strawberry, red cherry and gentle citrus fruits – a structured salmon-coloured rosé with enormous charm!
