Information about "Allesverloren Tinta Barocca 2023"

The Allesverloren Tinta Barocca captivates with a deep ruby color, releasing irresistible aromas of ripe red berries accompanied by delightful notes of chocolate, warm vanilla, and subtle oak spices. On the palate, this full-bodied wine indulges in a rich tapestry of berry flavors entwined with sophisticated hints of oak. Its structure is impeccable, marked by well-integrated tannins that linger beautifully in the finish.

Treatment in the cellar

The grapes were handpicked and fermented on the skins for five to seven days at a controlled temperature of 25°C before pressing. Following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine aged for eight months in second and third fill French oak barrels.
