The Allesverloren Tinta Rosé unveils a delicate pink hue, enveloping the senses with alluring notes of fresh raspberries and strawberries. This vibrant entry translates seamlessly to the palate, where the ripe fruit is harmoniously complemented by a whisper of vanilla. Its impeccable balance of sweetness and acidity delivers a lively freshness, culminating in a pleasantly lingering finish that invites another sip.
Only the finest grapes were handpicked for this special Rosé. The juice was separated from the skins early on to preserve the lovely pale color. It was then slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC to 14ºC for about two weeks, ensuring a fresh and fruit-forward Rosé.
