Das gesamte Lesegut stammt von der eigenen Farm und wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad von Hand gelesen. Vergoren wurde auf der Haut in offenen Tanks aus Edelstahl, wobei der Maischekuchen regelmäßig von Hand nach unten gedrückt wurde. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein acht Monate lang auf Eichenchips.
