The Avondale Cyclus White Blend captivates with its opulent bouquet featuring delicate notes of violet, sun-ripened peaches, and luscious apricots, harmoniously complemented by subtle hints of frangipani. This exquisite white Cuvée offers a divine tasting experience, with the palate enveloped by vibrant nuances of ripe pear, golden apples, and spicy apricot, along with elegant touches of aromatic clementine. A refined minerality leads to a lingering, creamy finish, underscoring its luxurious character.
The grapes were whole-cluster pressed post-harvest and underwent natural fermentation in 500L French oak barrels. 20% of the juice fermented whole-bunch in amphorae, imparting remarkable fullness, length, and minerality. After fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months, regularly stirred on its lees.
