Babylonstoren - ein Weingut mit wahnsinnig guten Wein
Ich kannte die Weine von Babylonstoren und war schon immer ein großer Fan. Die Weine haben immer so ein gewisses Extra. Etwas kantiges, ungewöhnliches. Man schmeckt nicht nur Traube und Terroir sondern eben auch wie sehr sich der Winzer mit seinem Produkten auseinandesetzt. Der Sprankel passt da ganz hervorragend in die Reihe. Viele MCC sind irgendwie beliebig. Gut trinkbar, aber wenig besonders. Dieser hier hat dieses gewisse Extra, das ihn herausstechen lässt. Für mich großes Kino.
