The Bacalhôa Moscatel Roxo Superior 10 anos captivates with its deep topaz hue, emanating an intense bouquet of orange blossoms, roses, raisins, almonds, and honey. On the palate, these aromatic notes harmonize beautifully, showcasing a balanced sweetness complemented by vibrant acidity. Its smooth texture envelops the mouth, leading to a long, pleasantly soft finish.
Nach einer kurzen Fermentierungsphase wurde der Gärungsprozess mit hochwertigem Branntwein unterbrochen. Anschließend reifte der Wein 5 - 6 Monate lang auf der Haut. Nach dem Pressen und Filtrieren begann der eigentliche Reifeprozess von mindestens 10 Jahren in kleinen Barriques.
