The Barista Black is a single-varietal Pinotage, showcasing enticing aromas of red berries, cherries, plums, and hints of gingerbread spice in its bouquet. On the palate, this deep red Pinotage reveals an incredibly juicy core, velvety tannins, and beautifully complex oak notes. The finish is long, smoothly elegant, and pleasantly dry.
Handpicked grapes were fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Following fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in French barriques (20% new oak) prior to bottling.
