Treatment in the cellar
The Pinotage grapes are harvested early to preserve the rich aroma of sweet red berries. After pressing, the must is promptly separated from the skins, allowing the wine to develop its bright color. Fermentation occurs over 20 days at 11 °C, after which it melds with a full-bodied, structured Chenin Blanc from a cool climate, creating a composition of elegance and expression.
