The Beyerskloof Winemaker's Reserve Pinotage captivates with rich aromas of cherries, red berries, cassis, and plums, interwoven with subtle cedar notes. Its palate is elegantly balanced, boasting an exceptional smoothness and a lingering, satisfying finish.
This Pinotage exemplifies the remarkable artistry of the father-son duo, Beyers and Anri Truter. Selected from ten barrels, it showcases the unique characteristics of the vintage, resulting in a complex wine that reveals the finest attributes of an outstanding Pinotage.
Nach der Lese wurden die Trauben fünf Tage in offenen Tanks vergoren und alle zwei Stunden von Hand umgerührt. Gärung erfolgte bei einer Temperatur von 25 – 28°C. Nach der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein 17 Monate zu 50% in neuen sowie zu 50% in zuvorbelegten Fässern .
