The Black Elephant Vintners Two Dogs a Peacock and a Horse Sauvignon Blanc 2025 presents in the glass with bright green hues, releasing an opulent bouquet filled with vibrant tropical fruits. Aromas of kiwi, passion fruit, lime, and apple dominate the nose, inviting curiosity. Hand-harvested in the early morning, the grapes were destemmed and macerated before gentle pressing. Post-fermentation, the wine matured for two months on the lees, stirred regularly to enhance complexity and structure before final blending and bottling.
This wine is naturally fermented, contains no added sulfites or sugar, and underwent no oak aging.
