The Boland Cellar Cappupinoccinotage 2024 is a delightful expression of the beloved Coffee-Pinotage style, showcasing decadent aromas of dark plums, ripe blueberries, and stewed cherries, enriched with seductive notes of roasted oak and aromatic mocha. Through the meticulous extraction of classic Pinotage fruit characteristics, harmoniously integrated with elegant French oak nuances, this expressive wine offers a wonderfully smooth finish that lingers on the palate, leaving a lasting impression.
Die Trauben stammen von ausgewählten Weinbergen und wurden je nach Anbaulage separat vinifiziert, um ihren einzigartigen Geschmack zu bewahren. Nach dem Quetschen wurden die Trauben einer zweitägigen Kaltquellphase unterzogen und anschlieβend mit speziell ausgewählten Hefestämmen versetzt. Der Saft wurde langsam und bei kühl geregelter Temperatur fermentiert und noch vor Umlagerung ins Fass von den Schalen getrennt. Die Gärung wurde in der Eiche abgeschlossen, was zu einer sanften Interaktion zwischen Holz und Tannin führt. Dieser Prozess führt zu den reichen Kaffee und Schokoladenaromen am Gaumen.
