The Boschendal 1685 Shiraz 2021 is a refined expression of this iconic varietal, showcasing a harmonious blend of deep fruit and subtle oak nuances. Der Wein fermentierte in Stahlfässern, im Durchschnitt zwischen 12 und 16 Tage lang. In den meisten Tanks blieb der Wein 1-2 Wochen auf der Haut. Der junge Wein wanderte direkt nach der malolaktischen Fermentierung ins Fass. 100% des Weins reiften 14 Monate lang in 300l Holzfässern, von denen 30% Neuholz ausmachten.
