On the palate, the wine reveals delightful flavors of juicy plums and dark cherries, culminating in a lively yet smooth finish, complemented by a pleasant mineral undertone.

Named after farmworker Adam Appolis, whose descendants continue to work on the estate in the fifth generation, this blend reflects a commitment to Fairtrade principles. The composition includes 47% Shiraz, 14% Cinsaut, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache Noir, 7% Nero d’Avola, 6% Tempranillo, and 6% Durif.
