The Bosman Generation 8 Shiraz reveals a deep garnet hue with violet edges, exuding an intricate bouquet of fine spices and alluring tobacco, complemented by subtle hints of new leather and rich dark plum. On the palate, this captivating Shiraz unfolds blackberries and plums, enhanced by a touch of white pepper spice, all while maintaining a medium body and delightful freshness.
Das Traubengut für diesen Shiraz wurde handverlesen, entrappt und leicht angequetscht, bevor es bei einer eher niedrigen Temperatur von 24°-26°C vergoren wurde. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein sechs Monate lang in Kontakt mit französischem Eichenholz, von dem 15% Neuholz ausmachte.
