The Brampton Roxton Black is a strikingly pure Cabernet Sauvignon, presenting an intense dark ruby hue. The vibrant and profound bouquet reveals enticing aromas of ripe black fruits, subtle hints of oak, and aromatic herbs, leading to a notably masculine presence on the palate. A succulent core seamlessly integrates the oak component with alluring spice and balanced tannins, granting this full-bodied Cabernet remarkable depth and complexity. Its richly opulent texture and impressively lengthy finish elevate the overall tasting experience.
Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde komplett entrappt und nach sorgfältiger Qualitätskontrolle sieben bis zehn Tage lang bei einer geregelten Temperatur von 26–28°C in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert, wobei der Wein regelmäßig umgepumpt und durchlüftet wurde. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung verbrachte die Maische vor dem Abpressen noch eine einmonatige Quellphase, um die Extraktion von reifen und wohl abgerundeten Tanninen sowie intensive Farbe im Wein gewährleisten zu können. Anschließend reifte der Wein 14-16 Monate lang in französischen Eichenholzfässern (30% Neuholz).
