Das Traubengut für den Brampton Unoaked Chardonnay fermentierte bei kontrollierten 13°C – 16°C in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der Gärung verbrachte der Wein zwei bis drei Monate auf der Hefe und wurde einmal wöchentlich aufgerührt (batonnage), um so mehr Fülle und Komplexität in den Wein zu übertragen.
