The Buitenverwachting Buiten Blanc is a vibrant and versatile white wine blend, showcasing a bouquet of ripe Cape gooseberries, green bell pepper, and green melon, accentuated by delightful hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied, dry character, accompanied by a well-balanced acidity and a refreshing finish.
The grapes underwent 12 hours of skin contact before fermentation, which lasted 21 days at 16°C in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.

Verliebt in Kapstadt
Als wir letztes Jahr in Kapstadt waren Kamen wir beim Weingut Buitenverwachting vorbei und durften diese herrliche Weisswein Cuvee Buitenblanc zum ersten Mal probieren, dabei hat sich meine Frau in diesen Wein verliebt. Und wir freuen uns immer Wenn wir eine Flasche genießen dürfen.

Buiten Blanc ist Sommer pur
Buitenverwachting besuchen wir jedes Jahr - und immer wieder gibt es etwas Neues am Gaumen zu entdecken. Der Buiten Blanc kommt durchaus saftig und vollmundig, dabei mit lebendiger Säure und schöner Frische. Interessant ist die leicht salzig-erdige Komponente im Abgang. Ausbau im Edelstahl, also klar auf Frucht und Frische ausgerichtet. Er darf bei uns im Keller nicht fehlen.
