The Cape Point Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a remarkably elegant red wine that embodies the essence of the Cape Winelands. Offering a bouquet of luscious dark fruits, cedar, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate, this wine seduces the senses with its long, delicious finish. Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und aus bestimmten Parzellen in Kapstadt ausgewählt. Die kleinen und konzentrierten Beeren ergaben einen Wein mit Struktur, Eleganz und verfeinerter Konzentration. Die Trauben wurden vorsichtig entrappt und in offene Gärbehälter gegeben, wo sie kalt eingeweicht wurden. Der Wein durchlief eine spontane Gärung mit drei manuellen Untertauchungen pro Tag. Nach dem Pressen erfolgte die malolaktische Gärung im Tank. Die beiden Rebsorten wurden geduldig zwölf Monate lang in Eichenfässern gereift, um einen weichen und ausgewogenen Wein zu erzeugen.
