In a deep ruby hue, the Casa Ferreirinha Esteva Tinto 2023 enchants with vibrant aromas of red fruits, including ripe strawberries and cherries, all intertwined with delicate floral hints of violet and rockrose. Treatment in the cellar
Bei optimaler Reife und einem perfekten Säurelevel wurden die Trauben für diesen Douro-Wein per Hand gelesen. Nach dem Entrappen wurden das Traubengut sanft gepresst und in Tanks aus Edelstahl auf der Haut bei kontrollierten 25ºC fermentiert. Nach der Quellphase auf der Haut folgte die malolaktische Gärung. Die Weine, die für diese Cuvée ausgewählt wurden blieben den gesamten Winter über in Tanks aus Edelstahl in der Douro Region.
