Vibrant, ripe red fruits are layered with spice notes of cloves, Moroccan seasonings, and freshly cracked black pepper. This aromatic profile resonates on the palate, culminating in a long, smooth finish infused with hints of olives and umami nuances. A truly spectacular Shiraz!
Nach Abschluss der temperaturgeregelten Gärung (max. 28ºC) reifte der Wein 15 Monate in 225 l Fässern, von denen 45% neues Holz, 45% zweitbelegtes sowie 10% drittbelegtes Holz ausmachten. 96% der Fässer waren französische Barriques, 4% amerikanische Eiche.
