The Colmant Délice Nectar Cap Classique is a light, semi-dry sparkling wine showcasing enduring aromas of ripe citrus fruits, sun-kissed apples, and pears. With its golden hue and crystal clarity, Délice enchants the nose with subtle notes of lemon, dried apricot, and a hint of hazelnut. This Méthode Cap Classique, both elegant and rich, presents an exotic twist on the Colmant style. A vibrant and generous pour, perfect for any festive occasion!
Für den Verschnitt aus 52 % Pinot Noir und 48 % Chardonnay wurden Früchte aus Franschhoek, Robertson und Elgin verwendet. Im Einklang mit dem Stil des Hauses wurden 10 % in Eichenholz vergoren und 20 % des letztjährigen Reserveweins in den Verschnitt gegeben. Die Flaschenreifung erfolgte 24 Monate lang bei einer konstanten Temperatur von 14°C. Das Degorgieren wurde mit einer großzügigen Dosierung von 20 bis 21 Gramm Zucker pro Liter durchgeführt. Dies verleiht dem fertigen Wein Komplexität und Aroma.
