The Creation Art of Chardonnay 2024 embodies a masterclass in complexity and finesse. Its elegant bouquet enchants the senses with vibrant notes of fresh lemon, lime, and grapefruit, beautifully intertwined with subtle hints of quartz-like minerality. On the palate, one experiences a creamy yet exquisitely balanced profile, showcasing a tapestry of flavors that range from delicate vanilla bean to peach pit and pear, accentuated by a whisper of white pepper. Crafted from a single vineyard with a meticulous selection of oak barrels for the final blend, only 4,700 bottles have been produced, each individually numbered.
Das Traubengut fermentierte bei geregelten 20˚C in ausgewählten Eichenholzfässern, wobei die Maische zweimal wöchentlich auf- und untergerührt wurde. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Fermentierung reifte der Chardonnay 10 Monate lang in einer Kombination aus 40% neuen, 40% zweit- sowie 20% drittbefüllten Fässern.
