The Creation Chardonnay unfolds with a vibrant and fruity character, showcasing ripe pear and juicy peach aromas intertwined with fresh grapefruit and fragrant apple. A hint of honey and cinnamon adds intriguing complexity. This aromatic bouquet is mirrored on the palate, revealing a clean and pure profile where mineral notes are elegantly balanced by a creamy, lingering finish.
Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde sanft gequetscht und der dabei gewonnene Saft fermentierte anschließend bei geregelten 20°Celsius im Fass. Während des Gärungsprozesses wurde der Wein alle zwei Wochen aufgerührt, um ein üppigeres und volleres Mundgefühl im Wein zu erhalten. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung reifte der Wein zehn Monate lang in französischen Barriques, von denen 30% Neuholz und 70% zweitbelegtes Holz ausmachten.
