The Creation Sauvignon Blanc Semillon exudes a refreshing bouquet with delicate saline notes, reminiscent of a brisk sea breeze. This refined white wine showcases an exemplary Bordeaux style, comprised of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, driven by its remarkable terroir and unmistakable cool climate character. Enlivening aromas awaken the senses with subtle hints of black currant and Cape gooseberry, seamlessly merging the distinctly maritime influence into each sip.
Das handgelesene Traubengut (80 % Sauvignon Blanc, 20 % Semillon) wurde im Holzfass ausgebaut, wobei der Sauvignon Blanc in einer Kombination aus 20 % Neuholz und 80 % zweit- und drittbelegten französischen Barriques fermentierte und der Semillon ausschließlich in zweit- und drittbelegten Fässern. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reiften die Weine zehn Monate lang in o.g. Fässern und wurden dann mit großer Sorgfalt verschnitten und abgefüllt.
