The Crystallum Peter Max Pinot Noir enchants with its elegant complexity, revealing a captivating bouquet of blackberries, ripe cherries, and plums. On the palate, it is vibrant and precise, with a deliciously fruity profile enriched by wild strawberry, rhubarb, and undertones of olive. A hint of herbal spice and a subtle salt-mineral finish add depth, culminating in soft tannins and a wonderful, lingering aftertaste.
Natürlich vergoren, wobei 50 % der Trauben entrappt und der Rest als ganze Trauben belassen wurden. Die Extraktion wird während der aktiven Gärung auf ein Minimum beschränkt, mit einer Gesamtzeit von vier Wochen auf den Schalen.
