Presenting a delicate blush reminiscent of blooming roses, the De Krans Pinotage Rosé enchants with its elegant bouquet of refined rose petals, airy cotton candy, and a delightful hint of ripe strawberries. On the palate, it reveals intense nuances of red summer fruits, a well-balanced acidity, and a refreshing finish that lingers beautifully.
Bei Ankunft in der Kellerei wurde das Traubengut zunächst komplett entrappt und gequetscht, woraufhin der Saft unmittelbar von der Haut entfernt wurde, um ein schönes Zartpink in den Wein zu übertragen. Der Wein fermentierte drei Wochen lang bei kühl geregelter Temperatur in Tanks aus Edelstahl, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
