Das Traubengut wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft vinifiziert. Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde bei Ankunft in der Kellerei zunächst komplett entrappt, jedoch nicht gequetscht, um eine schonene Extraktion der Fruchtnuancen gewährleisten zu können. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 16 Monate in französischen Barriques, von denen 80 % Neuholz ausmachten.
