The Delheim Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon presents a vibrant ruby red in the glass, enveloping the senses with captivating aromas of succulent red and black berry fruits intermingled with hints of warm spices and pepper. Its palate is smooth and supple, offering juicy notes of red cherries, blackberries, and a touch of black pepper, accompanied by a medium body and a generous length, culminating in a delightfully fruity finish.
Nach der Ernte wurden die Trauben entrappt und leicht gequetscht. Temperaturkontrollierte Gärung (25-28°C) erfolgte mit regelmäßigem umpumpen über zwei Wochen. Der Wein reifte 12 Monate lang in Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
