The DeMorgenzon DMZ Grenache Noir embodies elegance with enticing aromas of ripe red cherry compote intermingled with subtle spices. On the palate, it reveals a striking purity of strawberry fruit complemented by a remarkable depth of flavor. This red wine is incredibly smooth and inviting, showcasing a well-defined structure that culminates in a silky, earthy finish.
Treatment in the cellar
The grapes were hand-picked with great care and fermented naturally, both as whole berries and partly on the whole bunch. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres and 500 litres. The wine was not refined in any way and was only minimally filtered.
