With its deep, dark violet hue, the DeMorgenzon Reserve Syrah captivates the nose with a bouquet of ripe berry fruit, luscious red plums, and whispers of white pepper. Das Traubengut für den DeMorgenzon Reserve Syrah fermentierte temperaturgeregelt mit regelmäßigem Untertauchen des Tresterhuts. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein und die Schalen abgepresst und die malolaktische Fermentierung fand in ausgewählten Eichenfässern statt. Anschließend reifte der Wein 10 Monate lang in 300 l Fässern aus französischer Eiche, gefolgt von weiteren zehn Monaten in 3000 l Eichenfässern (25% Neuholz) und Tanks aus Beton.
