The Avondale Cyclus White Blend captivates with its opulent bouquet featuring delicate notes of violet, sun-ripened peaches, and luscious apricots, harmoniously complemented by subtle hints of frangipani. This exquisite white Cuvée offers a divine tasting experience, with the palate enveloped by vibrant nuances of ripe pear, golden apples, and spicy apricot, along with elegant touches of aromatic clementine. Das Traubengut wurde nach der Lese am ganzen Bund gepresst und fermentierte anschließend auf natürliche Art und Weise in französischen Eichenfässern mit einer Füllmenge von 500 L pro Fass. 20% des Safts fermentierten am ganzen Bund in Amphoren, was bemerkenswerte Vollmundigkeit, Länge und Mineralität in den Wein überträgt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang unter regelmäßigem Aufrühren auf der Hefe.
