The Bosman Generation 8 Shiraz reveals a deep garnet hue with violet edges, exuding an intricate bouquet of fine spices and alluring tobacco, complemented by subtle hints of new leather and rich dark plum. On the palate, this captivating Shiraz unfolds blackberries and plums, enhanced by a touch of white pepper spice, all while maintaining a medium body and delightful freshness.
The grapes for this Shiraz were handpicked, destemmed, and gently crushed before fermentation occurred at a lower temperature of 24°-26°C. After fermentation, the wine aged for six months in contact with French oak, of which 15% was new wood.
