The 2021 vintage promises to be remembered as exceptional at Keermont, showcasing a palate that is smooth, pure, and elegant, with spicy red fruit aromas intertwined with hints of spice, dried herbs, and mixed dark berries. Das Traubengut für den Keermont Merlot wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad handgelesen und separat vinifiziert. Der Fermentierungsprozess fand auf ungemein schonende Art und unter minimalem Eingriff in die natürlichen Prozesse in offenen Fermentern und unter Zuhilfenahme traditioneller Methoden statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 27 Monate lang in Fässern aus französischem Eichenholz, bevor er ohne Filterung und ohne Verfeinerung von Hand auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
