Nach der Lese wurde das Traubengut entrappt, gequetscht und sechs Tage lang umgewälzt. Vor dem Pressen wurde der Saft zwei Tage lang in Edelstahltanks gekühlt. Der gesamte Wein reifte 18 Monate lang zu 30 % in neuer französischer Eiche und der restliche Anteil in zuvor befüllten Fässern.
