The Diemersdal Sauvignon Rosé is an exquisite blend predominantly crafted from Sauvignon Blanc (97%), complemented by a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon (3%). This wine entices with vibrant notes of passion fruit and lime typical of Sauvignon Blanc, enriched by subtle hints of cherry and strawberry from the Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it showcases a harmonious, dry structure, underscored by a refreshing acidity and fruity undertones that make it exceptionally delightful.

Treatment in the cellar

Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon undergo separate fermentation at controlled cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by a four-month maturation on the lees. Just three weeks prior to bottling, the small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon was added to the Sauvignon Blanc, imparting a beautiful coral pink hue to the wine.
