The must underwent fermentation for 96 hours, followed by natural fermentation of the free-run juice in older 500-liter French oak barrels at 18-20°C. Post-fermentation, the wine spent 11 months on fine lees with weekly batonnage to enhance mouthfeel and concentration. It was bottled unfiltered, which may lead to some sediment over time.
