Der Tresterhut wurde alle drei Stunden für 25 Minuten untergehoben, um so Tannine, Farbe und Aromen zu extrahieren. Die Fermentierung fand mit französischer Eichenstave statt. Der Wein reifte sechs Monate lang unter Einsatz von französischer Eiche.

Still the best Pilotage from South Africa
For the last 7 years we buy this Pinotage, always the same superb quality (we are testing both vintage when the new comes). Smooth, complex and well balanced. Chocolate, Coffee, Plum and many more with a long finish.
